LifeStream seeks nominees for award
Do you know a senior citizen who deserves recognition?
If so, LifeStream would like your input.
LifeStream Services is seeking nominations for its LifeStream Golden Hoosier Award.
The award is open to anyone 65 or older who lives in the LifeStream service area, which includes Jay, Blackford, Delaware and Randolph counties.
Nominees should have at least three years of volunteer experience.
