The largest construction project to receive a building permit in December was a swine confined feeding operation.

A permit was issued to A&J Swine Operation for a $1,250,000 facility to be built at 1784 S. 500 East.

Eicher for a $3,500 barn addition at 4211 E. 600 North, Nathan McClain for a $6,500 building addition at 310 South St., Pennville, Rodney Miles for an $8,000 storage building addition at 1398 W. 300 South, Samuel S.
