Possession, maintaining

A Pennville woman was arrested Sunday on several drug-related charges. 

Rhonda L. Kershner, 44, 160 W. Maple St., was arrested on warrants for possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, Level 6 felonies, and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor. 

She was booked at 4:56 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held without bond. 

Probation violation 

A Portland woman was arrested early Saturday for violating her probation. 

Harley M. Stewart, 21, 3545 E. 200 South, was arrested on a warrant for violating her probation on the original charge of unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony. 

She was booked at 12:49 a.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $1,100 bond.
