Improper disposal
Three Geneva men pleaded guilty last week in Adams Superior Court to improperly disposing of dead animals.
Daniel B. Schwartz, 37, 9664 S. 200 West, Jacob B. Schwartz, 39, 2032 W. 950 South, and Jonathan B. Schwartz, 27, 9736 S. 200 West, each pleaded guilty on July 2 to a charge of failure to properly dispose of a dead animal, a Level 6 felony.
Each man was sentenced to 540 days in jail, all suspended, and placed on formal probation for 270 days. They were each fined $500 and assessed court costs of $185.
