Fined and sentenced
Uriel M. Barraza-Gonzalez, 29, 102 W. Green Park Drive, Portland, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent of .08 percent or more, a Class C misdemeanor — Sentenced to Jay County Jail for 60 days with all but two days suspended and given two days credit for one day served.
Assessed court costs of $185.50, placed on formal probation for one year and ordered to pay a substance abuse program fee of $400 and an alcohol and drug countermeasures fee of $200.
As part of a plea agreement, charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, both Class C misdemeanors, were dismissed.
