Romanell Waldron

Romanell Waldron, age 93, a resident of Twinsburg, Ohio, passed away Friday, July 5, 2019, at Anna Maria of Aurora in Aurora, Ohio.

She was a former Jay County resident graduating from Gov. I. P. Gray High School in 1944. She was a homemaker.

Romanell was born March 18, 1926, in Portland, Indiana, the daughter of Herschel and Nilah (Hoppis) Cox. She was married in 1944 to Bobbie Waldron.

Her beloved husband — Bobbie Waldron, Twinsburg, Ohio

One daughter — Deborah Gammel (husband: Leonard), Solon, Ohio

Three sons — Robert Waldron (wife: Linda), Hernando, Florida, Chris Waldron (wife: Kathy), Twinsburg, Ohio, and Bruce Waldron (wife: Melissa), Streetsboro, Ohio

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at the Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow at noon at the funeral home with Pastor Joe Hines officiating.

Burial will follow in the Salamonia Cemetery, in Salamonia, Indiana.
