The Jay County Lions Band Contest is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday at Jay County Fairgrounds. Monroe Central will kick off the show, with 2018 Indiana State Fair Band Day runner-up Anderson second. Winchester will perform at 7:27 p.m., and the host Marching Patriots will take the track at 9:08 p.m.
