Possession 

A Portland man was arrested on a drug possession charge Saturday. 

Travis W. Pfeifer, 35, 914 W. Race St., was arrested on the preliminary charge of possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony. He was arrested after someone reported a suspicious person at the restroom in Haynes Park. 

Pfeifer was booked at 7:50 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $3,000 bond. 

Theft

A Huntington man was arrested on a theft charge Saturday night. 

Zachary S. Fellers, 25, 311 Riverside Drive, was arrested on the preliminary charge of theft by borrowing, a Level 6 felony. 

He was booked at 8:06 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $6,000 bond.
