Probation violation 

An Ohio man was arrested Monday for violating his probation. 

Phillip E. Fetters, 30, 519 S. Brook St., Greenville, Ohio, was arrested on a warrant for violating his probation on the original charge of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony. 

He was booked at 1:53 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $1,200 cash bond. 

Probation violation 

A Fort Wayne woman was arrested Monday evening for a probation violation charge. 

Brenda K. Coblentz, 57, 3305 Ilamna Ave., was arrested on a warrant for violating her probation on the original charge of theft, a Level 6 felony. 

She was booked at 5:18 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $500 cash bond. 



Possession 

A Fort Recovery man was arrested Monday on two drug-related charges.

Erik Burk, 39, 136 W. Butler St., was arrested on a warrant for charges of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. 

He was booked at 6:10 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $4,500 bond.
