Travis Haffner

Travis Haffner, age 29, a resident of Portland, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019 at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana.

Travis was born October 12, 1989 in Portland, the son of Russell Haffner and Peggy (Byrley) Roush. He graduated from Jay County High School and was employed at Huntsman Power Washing.

His father: Russell Haffner (companion Sheila Twigg) – Portland, Indiana

His mother: Peggy Roush (husband Dennis) – Dunkirk, Indiana

Two brothers: Brandon Haffner – Madison, Indiana, and Brice Haffner – Portland, Indiana.

Two half-sisters: Candace Haffner and Tamara Barlow – Dunkirk, Indiana.

One half-brother: Joseth Barlow – Union City, Indiana

His grandmother: Frances Whetsel – Union City, Indiana

Arrangements are pending at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.
