Lent begins Wednesday. Tuesday is time to feast.
Jay County High School’s French Club will host its annual Mardi Gras Café on Tuesday.
The café will be located in the southwest corner of the commons at JCHS. “French food at reasonable prices” will be available from 5 to 7 p.m.
Enrollment set
Kindergarten enrollment for Jay School Corporation will be held April 2 at Bloomfield Elementary School, April 3 at Redkey and Westlawn, and April 4 at East. Doors will open at 8:45 a.m.
Students are welcome to attend the events at Bloomfield, Redkey and Westlawn and participate in a separate program while their parents are handling enrollment. Because of the number of students expected, parents are asked not to bring children to the enrollment session at East.
