Abbots celebrate 50th
Jerry and Debi Abbott are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today.
Debi Grimes married Jerry Abbott on March 22, 1969, at Asbury United Methodist Church in Portland.
Jerry is a retired salesman. Debi is retired from Jay School Corporation.
Debi and Jerry are the parents of Andrea Poore (husband: Kelley) of Portland, Troy Abbott of Florence, Kentucky, and Michelle Clayton (husband: Corey) and Kim Mikalowsky (husband: Aaron), both of Fishers.
The have eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
