Franks to celebrate 25th
Chester “Chett” and Amy Franks of Portland will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary Sunday.
Amy Brown and Chester “Chett” Franks were married March 24, 1994, in Van Wert, Ohio.
Chett is a welder and fabricator at Goldshield Fiberglass in Decatur. Amy is a homemaker.
Amy and Chett have three children, Justin Franks of Bryant, Elizabeth “Libby” Lowrance of Portland and Abigail “Abby” Baker of Portland. They have seven grandchildren.
They will celebrate with a renewal of marriage vows and are planning a weekend get-away on their Harley in May.
