Mark Johnston

Mark Steven Johnston, age 56, of Carlisle, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at Hospice of Butler and Warren County.

He was born May 21, 1962, in Portland, Indiana to Robert L. and Aletha G. (Remaklus) Johnston. He worked in retail and sales.

Mark was a member of 1st Baptist Church in Franklin, Ohio.

Mark is survived by his sons, Josh Johnston and Kyle Johnston both of Carlisle; mother Aletha G. Johnston; siblings Ronald (Jo Ellen) Johnston of Portland, Indiana, Carl Johnston of Muncie, Indiana, Diana (Jack) Link of Fort Recovery, Ohio, Gary (Cecelia) Johnston of Portland, Indiana; Karen (Dale) Wolford of Portland, Indiana, Richard (Patty) Johnston of Portland, Indiana, Daniel (Lori) Johnston of Rolling Praire, Indiana, Jane (Deb) Johnston of Greenville, Ohio, and Robert Johnston of Portland, Indiana; and sister-in-law Martha Johnston.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Johnston; and brother, Tom Johnston.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 20, 2019, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home, 6850 Roosevelt Ave., Middletown, Ohio. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Clyde N. McCammack officiating.

Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
