Ivy Tech Community College will hold two express enrollment sessions at its Muncie campus, 4301 S. Cowan Road, in May.
Sessions are scheduled for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and May 30. Students can receive help with applications, financial aid and scheduling.
Registration is currently open for the summer and fall semesters.
Gathering set
The National Center for Great Lakes Native American Culture will hold its Gathering of Great Lakes Nations from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. June 8 and and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 9 at the Tri-State Antique Gas Engine and Tractor Association Grounds.
The event will feature Native American drums, singers and dancers, food, vendors, free children’s activities and demonstrations. There will be a hand drum and flute contest at noon Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday, and grand entries are scheduled for 1 and 6 p.m. Saturday and noon Sunday.
Admission is $3 for those 12 and older, with a maximum of $12 per car. On-site camping is $10 per night.

Hosting academy
Indiana Wesleyan University will host its Wildcat Summer Academy June 23 through 28.
The camps include a variety of options, including new offerings in science and songwriting this year. Camp topics include art, business innovation and entrepreneurship, leadership and life calling, nursing, science, music, theatre and writing.
The base fee for the academy is $375.

Registration is open for several summer camps being held at Minnetrista in Muncie.
The list of activities includes a culinary kids camp June 3 through 7, a junior chefs camp June 10 through 14, a glass artists camp June 17 through 21 and a creative kids glass camp June 24 through 28.
