Debbra Lynn (Shockey) Horton, 64, Muncie, passed away at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019, at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
She was born in Marion on Monday, Jan. 17, 1955, to Phillip Burnside and Mary Bolinger.
Debbra graduated from Marion High School's Class of 1973 and attended Ivy Tech Community College. She loved the beach, shopping at Goodwill, camping and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also loved all of her animals, especially her dog, Sugar.
Survivors include her three daughters, Kimberly (Dennis) Stant of Pennville, Stacy (Eric) Stiening of Bloomington and Lorri (Gideon) Navarro of Muncie; four brothers; one sister; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Lou Ann Burnside; father, Phillip Burnside; and step-father, Guy Bolinger.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2019, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St., Gas City, Indiana.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a memorial service to celebrate Debbra's life will begin at 1 p.m.
