The series of discussions regarding a local murder case will come to a close next week.
Jay County Historical Society’s monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday will feature “The Conclusion of the Garnet Ginn Murder Case.”
The historical society held a discussion about the decades-old case early this year, sparking a series of talks about forensic science at John Jay Center for Learning. On Tuesday, Portland Police Department investigator Todd Wickey will review his research and findings about the case.
Ginn, a Portland High School teacher, was found dead in her garage in 1950.
Holding drive
