Susan Dick

Susan Delee Dick. age 48, of Portland passed away Monday. Oct. 21, 2019 at her residence. 

She was born in Portland Sept. 30, 1971 the daughter of Harry and Ruth (Johnson) McLaughlin. She was a child day care provider. She was a 1989 Jay County High School graduate, member of Jay County Cancer Society and Cancer Walk Committee. 

She was very active in 4-H and The Rock Church.

Surviving are her parents Harry and Ruth McLaughlin of Portland, one son Christopher Hudson of Portland, two daughters Shelby Capetillo (husband: Caleb) of Portland and Carla Dick of Portland, one brother Michael McLaughlin (wife: Erika) of Chicago, one sister Debra McLaughlin of Anderson, and six grandchildren

Funeral services will be Saturday October 26, 2019 at 10 a.m. in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Horsman presiding. 

Visitation will be Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. Memorials can be made to the Jay County Cancer Society, 4-H or The Rock Church.
