Becky Myers

Rebecca  J. “Becky” Myers, age 67, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, died Oct. 27, 2019, at her residence.

She was born Oct. 10, 1952, in Coldwater, Ohio, to the late Louis and Lela  (Bollenbacher) Myers. 

Surviving are her children, Ronda Morningstar of Portland, Indiana, Angie (Kurt) Kline of Rockford, Ohio, and Eric Vore of Frankfort, Indiana; her siblings, Joyce (John) Reed of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Helen Kreider of Fort Recovery, Jereldene Fuller of Portland, Indiana, Judy (Ted) Muhlenkamp of Coldwater, Ohio, Peg (Dan) Schoen of Celina, Ohio, Deb Bonifas of Fort Recovery and Kenny (Stephanie) Myers of Portland; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Charlene Myers of Dixon, Missouri; and special friends, Ron Lee and Karla McDowell of Fort Recovery. 

Preceding her in death were her siblings, Linda Betz and Ed Myers.

She was employed as a nursing assistant at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford, Ohio. She was a member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 6515, Fort Recovery, and she loved spending time with family and friends. 

Calling is 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, at Brockman – Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery. Private graveside services will be held at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery, at a later date.  

Contributions can be made to the Mercer County Council on Aging or to her family.
