Haydens celebrate 50th
Pete and Shirley Hayden are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today.
Shirley Franks married Pete Hayden at her parents’ home on Sept. 6, 1969.
The couple has four children, Tony (Kevin) Sharp of Caryville, Tennessee, and Melinda Hayden, Tammy (Marc) Bogenschutz and Rhonda (Duane) Monroe, all of Portland.
They also have 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The couple plans to celebrate with a family trip to Florida.
