Stephen Wright
Obituary
Stephen D. Wright, 57, passed away July 30, 2020, at his home in Crisfield, Maryland, following a battle with cancer. He had strokes and was in pain, so being allowed to go was a blessing.
He was born March 6, 1963. He was a Jay County High School graduate.
His wife Brenda and mother Joy Borders are planning for a celebration of his life at some time in the future, hopefully when people can gather. Also surviving are his brothers, Don and Ted.
He always made his life an adventure, from when he was small (broken bones, stomach pumped twice and stitches) to adulthood. He joined the Navy to be part of a submarine crew and ended up in Marine boot camp as a Seabee.
He loved hunting and fishing, and worked in the construction trades and as a fisherman. He moved to Maryland for a new start and to pursue his dreams. He worked as hard as he could for as long as he could and finally things caught up with him. He’s at peace now. He will be missed.
