Thirty-one donors gave blood Dec. 1 during a blood drive at the Jay Community Center.
Donors include Steven Minnich, Joyce Dwenger, Craig Dwenger, Elizabeth Skiver, Brian Claywell and Amanda Hartman.
Also Lucinda Bruggeman, Jamie Daugherty, Steve Reier, Margaret Reier, Dorothy Knapke and Jessica Yencer.
Also Martin Wells, Robert Moser, Christie Ashworth Chowning, Shannon Stigleman, Janet Knapke and Mark Moser.
Also Jaima Logan, Holly Muhlenkamp, Hannah Muhlenkamp, Nancy Snyder, Carol Banty and Duane Monroe, Kurt VanSkyock and Kimberly Knapke.
Also Victoria M. Schmity, Leanne Denlinger, Nichole Myers, Victoria Daniels and Katelyn Reier.
Volunteering at the blood drive were Dee Humbles, Dee Dennis, Rose Snow and Julia Schwomeyer.
More scheduled
Two more blood drives, this time in Adams County, have been scheduled by the American Red Cross.
The Red Cross announced in a press release Monday that two drives had been scheduled in Berne.
The first blood drive is slated for Dec. 22 and will run from noon to 6 p.m. at the South Adams Senior Center, 825 Hendricks St.
Another, scheduled for Jan. 4, will be hosted at Lehman Park at the pavilion, 212 Park Ave.
A free long-sleeve Red Cross t-shirt will be provided for participating in either blood drive, per the press release.
