You won’t need a “Ticket to Ride” into Blackford County to see some John Lennon art for free.
A new exhibit at the Blackford County Arts Center titled “Only Imagine” will feature art from Lennon, the famed Beatles guitarist and singer, and Hartford City native John Knox daily beginning Jan. 4. The exhibit will run through Feb. 18.
The original art pieces from Lennon were donated to the center by David Hodges.
The Blackford County Arts center is located at 107 W. Washington St., Hartford City, and is open from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday except Tuesdays, when it is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The center will be closed for the holidays until Jan. 4.
