Editorial hit the hard truth
Letters to the Editor
To the editor:
In response to Ray Cooney’s Saturday, Feb. 8, editorial commenting on Donnie Corn and Chad Aker, you couldn’t have expressed the raw truth any better. Amen, Ray, amen.
(But then maybe we’ve overlooked the possibility that Chad Aker is exercising the grooming requirements for a presidential bid.)

Romney worthy
To the editor:
A couple of thoughts if I may.
We would all be wise to remember: Not guilty is not the same as innocent.
Secondly, Mitt Romney is one of those rare politicians nowadays who is willing to show the strength of conviction, character and honesty. He’s a man who shows the intestinal fortitude to speak truth to power.
Unlike many politicians these days, including President Donald Trump, Romney is a man who is worthy of our respect.
