Richard E. "Dick" Collins, age 61, of Coldwater, Ohio, died Feb. 16, 2020, at Mercy Health St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.
He was born March 12, 1958, in Jay County, Indiana, to the late Marion and Madonna (Ross) Collins.
Surviving are his daughter, Constance Lopez of North Port, Florida; grandsons Favio and Javier; and siblings, Mike Collins of Portland, Indiana, Marvin (Joanie) Collins of Fort Recovery, Pat (Mike) Muhlenkamp of Portland, Indiana, Don "Fuzz" Collins and Jean Rawlings of Coldwater, Tom Collins and Bertha Archie of Ansonia, Ohio, Bill Collins of Portland, Indiana, Anna (Ed) Gaskill of Portland, Indiana, Mary Collins of Celina, Ohio, Charlie (Jackie) Collins of Ossian, Indiana, and Brenda (Kevin) Walker of Pennville, Indiana
Preceding him in death were infant siblings Anthony and David Collins.
He was a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and served 20 years in the Army National Guard.
Dick was employed at Cooper Farms, Fort Recovery, and enjoyed fishing, camping and hunting in earlier years.
Brockman–Boeckman Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements. Services will be held at a later date.
