Robert Spillman

Robert Spillman, age 72, of Portland passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, at his residence.

He was born May 12, 1947, in Michigan City, Indiana, the son of Earl and Betty (Maple) Spillman. He was retired from Tyson Foods in Portland. He enjoyed fishing and going on bicycle rides.

Surviving are one brother, Tim Maple of Portland; one sister, Lisa Spillman (husband: Pete) of Portland; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Ronna Spillman.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020, at 1 p.m. in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Smith presiding. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories in Muncie. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
