OSSIAN — The East Jay Middle School wrestling team went 4-0 Saturday with wins over Delta, DeKalb, Norwell and Carroll to earn the Norwell Super Dual championship.
Seven Chiefs posted undefeated records at Norwell, with Cody Rowles (102), Tony Wood (110) and Bryce Wenk (175/195) all going 4-0 to run their season records to 9-0. Sylas Wenk (75), Landon Garringer (85), Cody Rowles (102) and Conner Specht (195/220) were also 4-0 on the day, and Layne Reidt finished 3-0.
Also posted winning records for East Jay, which is now 8-1, were Griffin Byrum (80) and Tristan Stout (160/175), both at 3-1.
