Failure to report
Three Anderson teenagers have been arrested in relation to the death of Sophie Robbins, 19, Dunkirk, who was killed Sunday from a traffic accident.
Alex S. Losano, 18, and Keandre A. Williams, 19, were both charged with failure to report an accident resulting in death, a Level 4 felony. They are being held in Madison County jail with no bond.
Another teen is reportedly being held at a Madison County juvenile facility on a related charge, according to The Star Press (Muncie).
