Local notes

Camp is Monday

Portland Golf Club’s youth golf camp is set to begin Monday.

The camp is open to boys and girls first through eighth grades. Cost is $25, and registration includes a bottled water each day and food on the final day.

The camp will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday through July 22 at Portland Golf Club, 124 W. 200 South.

COVID-19 restrictions require each camper to bring their own clubs or share with a sibling.
