Obituary
Sarah Isabelle Cox, 39, of Connersville passed away Monday, July 20, 2020, at Franciscan Health, Indianapolis.
She was born in Richmond, Indiana, on April 20, 1981, the daughter of Garry L. Cox and Annette Sallee Taylor. Sarah was a 2000 graduate of Jay County High School, Portland, Indiana.
Sarah loved to cook, sew, needle craft, spend time on her computer, garden and help Dad. She also treasured spending time with her nieces. She went along with anything you asked her to do. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her father, Garry Cox of Connersville; her mother, Annette Taylor of Seminole, Florida; a brother, Corey W. Cox (wife: Michaela and nieces Maxi, Iris and Maggie), all of Portland, Indiana. Special thanks to her aunt Angela Sallee, her aunt Alisa Corman, and her uncle Mark Cox and wife Davida. She was also blessed with a number of cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, William T. and Betty Jane Cox; her maternal grandparents, Robert L. and Anna Margaret Sallee; uncles, Jerome Cox, Wilbur Cox, Andrew Sallee; and an aunt, Amy Sallee.
Friends and family may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2020, at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. that day with the Rev. Ron Russell officiating. Burial will follow in Everton Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.
