Resisting arrest
A Portland man is being held on $4,500 in Jay County Jail after he resisted his arrest this morning.
Raider D. Newton, 22, 2504 W. Indiana 67, was charged with resisting an officer, a Level 6 felony.
Recklessness
A Dunkirk man was taken Jay County Jail after he was arrested Monday and charged with criminal recklessness, a Level 6 felony.
Jason D. Harding, 21, 106 S. Fourth St., is being held on $7,500 bond.
