Terry and Sharon Hammers, Redkey, married 65 years
Terry and Sharon Hammers will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary with an open house and card drop-off from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at their home, 8789 W. Indiana 67, Redkey.
Sharon Peters and Terry Hammers were wed June 25, 1955 at Redkey United Methodist Church.
Terry is retired from Delco Battery, Muncie, and Sharon retired as a third grade teacher for the Jay School Corporation.
They are the parents of Ted Hammers, Dunkirk, and Kathy Scott (husband: Jay), Muncie.
They have four grandsons, a step-granddaughter, and 10 great-grandchildren.
