Felony arrests
Burglary
A Pennville man was taken to Jay County Jail after he was arrested this morning and charged with burglary, a Level 5 felony.
Mason D. Emerick, 24, 230 E. Bridge St., is being held without bond.
Theft
A Wisconsin man is being held on $5,000 bond in Jay County Jail after he was arrested Wednesday for theft.
Brad A. Hirte, 49, 741 Poplar Road, Merrill, Wisconsin, was charged with auto theft, a Level 6 felony.
