Application packets for the 2020 Miss Jay County Fair queen pageant are available at True Value Hardware, Jay County High School and Dollar General.

LifeStream Services and Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana are expanding their Senior Safety Net Food Distribution partnership. The Senior Safety Net Food Distribution program is intended to provide easy access locations for seniors to receive nutritious foods.
The two are preparing to expand their distribution sites from 3 locations to 10 this summer. Senior Safety Net Food Distributions are currently located in Daleville, Portland, and Union City. The new locations will be spread throughout Delaware and Madison counties. The program is in need of active volunteers to help manage the distribution of items on distribution days. Those interested in volunteering should contact Laura Bray, Volunteer Services Administrator, at 765-759-3372 or email [email protected].
