The book fair is back.
The Friends of Fort Recovery Public Library is sponsoring a Scholastic Book Fair this week.
The fair is open during the library’s regular hours. The library is located at 113 N. Wayne St.
The fair will also be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday during the community Christmas open house.
Face masks are required, and social distancing is being practiced.

Admission offered
Indiana Department of Natural Resources is offering free admission to all veterans and active-duty military personnel Wednesday for Veterans Day.
The offer covers state parks, reservoirs, forest recreation areas and off-road vehicle riding areas. Visitors must present an ID or evidence of service at entrance gates.
“We appreciate the sacrifices and service of our veterans and active-duty military and look forward to recognizing them with a day to explore some of the best outdoor places in our state,” said Terry Coleman, director of Indiana State Parks, in a press release.
