Some changes have been implemented at Jay County Public Library.
The library announced Monday that all in-person programming, with the exception of its “Whoville” event Dec. 3, have been canceled.
In addition, all JCPL meeting rooms are closed to the public.
The library also reiterated its requirement that masks are required for anyone who enters the building.
“We are taking these steps in order to do our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in Jay County,” said JCPL director Eric Hinderliter in a press release. “Slowing the spread now only increases our chances of avoiding having to close our doors completely to the public as we did this spring.”
