It’s time to sign up for 4-H.
Registration is now open for the 2020-21 4-H program year.
The enrollment fee to sign up is $15, with a maximum of $45 per family. There is no fee for mini 4-H members.

Festival set
Pennville Pumpkin Festival is slated for 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Pennville Park.
Prior to the festival itself, the Masons of Pennville will host a biscuits and gravy breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. There will also be a 5K run/walk at 8:30 a.m. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.
The festival officially begins at 11 a.m. with a costume contest, carnival games and activities. Awards for the giant pumpkin contest are at 1 p.m. The Rust Belt Drifters will perform form 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and the pumpkin dessert challenge and chili cook-off are at 1 p.m.
Pennville Volunteer Fire Department will host a hog roast following the festival from 4 to 7 p.m.
