David Hedges

David Hedges, age 61, a Portland native, passed away Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020, in Batesville, Arkansas. He was born in St. Marys, Ohio, on Jan. 30, 1959, the son of Adlie and Marilyn Hedges. David was a 1977 Jay County High School graduate and played on the basketball and football teams. He had worked in construction.

Surviving are his parents Adlie and Marilyn Hedges of Dade City, Florida; one daughter, Christina Ann Dolina (husband: John) of Virginia; one brother, Daniel Hedges (wife: Nicole) of Burbank, California; one sister, Penni Cremer (husband: Joseph) of Carmel, Indiana; grandchildren Josephine Ann Dolina and Joshua Mathew Dolina; and nieces and nephews Robert Hedges, Jake Hedges, Brooke Taylor Fourthman and Brandon Hunter Fourthman.

A memorial services was held this morning at Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with burial in the Zoar Cemetery.
