To the editor:
Once again we got to see another “great” event to be allowed in Portland.
We were not allowed to have a normal graduation for our kids, or a normal fair. We couldn’t have our Fourth of July parade and celebration, not even the fireworks, or the homecoming parade for the kids.
But we could have the tractor and engine show with people from all over the U.S. and the “patriots” parade with people throwing candy, standing together and no masks.
Now, you hear all these people asking, “why are we getting all of these COVID cases?”
Really people, let’s use our heads a little more to think about what we need to do and not just what we want to do.
