Felony arrests
Possession
Two area residents were arrested over the weekend for Level 6 felonies.
James D. Hampshire, 54, 6453 East 400 North, Union City, was arrested Friday and charged with possession of cocaine, methamphetamine or narcotic drugs. Hampshire is being held on $4,500 bond in Jay County Jail.
Diamond J. Hudson, 27, 815 West North St., Portland, was arrested Saturday and charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony. Hudson is being held on $4,000 bond in Jay County Jail.
