Twilight adventure set for the Loblolly
Taking Note
This weekend offers an opportunity to experience the Loblolly at night.
Limberlost State Historic Site will host a Twilight Adventure from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Loblolly Marsh Nature Preserve.
Participants will join Limberlost naturalists on a twilight hike. After the sun sets, they will return to the Loblolly Pavilion for a wildlife program. Attendees will also get to listen for creatures using “bionic ears,” look at the preserve with night-vision equipment, create a craft and enjoy a campfire.
Admission ranges from $2.25 for members 17 and younger to $4 for adult non-members. Attendees are asked to wear a mask.
The marsh is located at 8323 N. 250 West, Bryant, about a half-mile north of Indiana 18.
