Obituary
Sadonna M. Hinshaw, age 71, of Saratoga, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2021, in St. Vincent Hospital in Winchester.
She was born in Bluffton on Aug. 19, 1949, the daughter of Fred and Margaret (Lee) Romine. She was married on Sept. 4, 1965, to Lloyd Hinshaw who survives.
Sadonna had worked for Jay Products and also was a cook at Persimmon Ridge Healthcare. She was a member of the American Legion and attended Gov. IP Gray High School.
Surviving are her husband Lloyd; three daughters, Amelita Whitesel (husband: Timothy) of Union City, Indiana, Rhonda Brown of Ridgeville and Ramona Bates (husband: Jarrett) of Huntsville; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Roxanne Hinshaw; son Joseph Hinshaw; sister Diana Vance; brother Robert Romine; and great-granddaughter Paisley Renee Parks.
Private family services will be held and burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery in Pennville. Memorials can be made to the Jay County Cancer Society.
