CELINA, Ohio — Another tournament, another championship for a Tribe senior.
Jalyn Bruns, a Fort Recovery High School senior, shot 2-over-par 74 to take the individual championship in the Celina Invitational on Friday at Celina Lynx Golf Club.
It is the second title in three days for Bruns, who will golf for Indiana University-East next season. Bruns also won the Gary Broering Invitational on Wednesday.
Coldwater totaled 369 to win the team championship, with Versailles runner-up with 372. Findlay ended with 384 for third.
Fort Recovery, which had a total of 414, was sixth out of 14 scoring teams.
Macy Brunswick had 111 as the Tribe’s second-best score, with Paige Bihn was three strokes behind. Shelby Acheson carded 115 to complete the team total for Fort Recovery.
Kim Hart ended with 130, but she did not factor into the team total.
