Arts Place is bringing a second summer concert to Hudson Family Park.
Vocal Trash, which performs with instruments made from recyclable materials, will perform at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 5 at the amphitheater at Hudson Family Park.
Arts Place is hosting the group that is “all about song, dance and sustainability.” Its percussion equipment includes trash cans, pots, pans and discarded plastic water containers.
The concert is free.
Series set
Details of Emens Auditorium’s 2021-22 Coffee and Cabernet Series at Pruis Hall were announced recently with tickets going on sale at the Emens box office and ticketmaster.com.
The concert series will open with Ladies of Laughter (LOL) performing Oct. 2. Other performances include Eleanor Dubinsky (Nov. 20), Skerryvore (Jan. 13), Hooray for Hollywood (Feb. 12) and The Isaacs (March 11). For more information, go to bsu.edu/emens.
