Own a longtime family farm? It can be featured in a new book.
Acclaim Press is creating the “Hoosier Homestead Farm” Legacy Book to feature the more than 5,800 farms that have received the Hoosier Homestead Award for longevity.
All Hoosier Homestead farms are eligible to submit up to 300 words about their history to be included in the book.
“Indiana has a rich history in agriculture,” said Indiana Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch in a press release. “The prospect of this book is very exciting and will further preserve our state’s heritage and the Hoosier farm family’s longstanding commitment to Indiana, agriculture and community.”
Details can be found at acclaimpress.com. To submit information, email 300 words and a photo to [email protected]. The deadline is Aug. 31.
