Felony arrests
Drug possession
A Portland man was arrested for drug possession Monday.
Quinton T. Donnelly, 25, 1007 W. High St., was preliminarily charged Level 6 felonies for possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. He’s being held without bond in Jay County Jail.
Violations
A Muncie man was arrested for violating his Community Corrections program Monday.
Michael L. Walburn, 50, 6309 N. Mantel St., was preliminarily charged a Level 6 felony for the violation. He was released from Jay County Jail on $1,100 bond.
