Homeschool art class offered
The Jay County Campus of Arts Place is offering an ArtWorks class designed for homeschooled elementary school students.
The class, which would fulfill the students art curriculum, is open for registration. Students will learn about different art techniques, art history, art tools and the basics of drawing, painting and sculpting with teaching artist Lindsay Edwards.
The cost is $130 and scholarships are available.
Classes are scheduled to begin Sept. 30 and will run from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. through Dec. 2.
