Steve A. Reynolds, age 67, of Redkey entered into rest on April 16, 2023, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana.
He was born on Oct. 10, 1955, the son of Orland and Doris Reynolds. He was an Albany High School graduate and retired from Coca-Cola, Portland, Indiana, in 2019 after 30 years.
He enjoyed golfing, gardening, horse racing, fishing, garage sales and rooting on the Cincinnati Reds and Purdue Boilermakers. His most cherished time was spent with his son Tanner.
He is survived by his son Tanner Reynolds (wife: Sara) of Muncie and was expecting his first grandson in June. He had one brother, Dan Reynolds (wife: Jeri) of Albany; and three sisters, Teresa Rees (husband: Mitchell) of Hartford City, Shelia Hughes of Redkey and Angela Snyder of Muncie; an aunt, Elizabeth Reynolds; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
His father preceded him in death in 2015. Steve then took into his home his mother, Doris, and cared for her. She still survives. His son Lucas Reynolds also preceded him in death.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
