Probation violation

A Hartford City man was arrested Monday for violating his probation.

Kyle M. Enterline, 34, 816 S. Richmond St., pleaded guilty in September 2020 in Jay Circuit Court to attempted escape, a Level 5 felony. As part of his plea agreement, a Level 6 felony for domestic battery was dismissed. He was sentenced to four years in Indiana Department of Corrections and given credit for time served. Enterline was placed on probation for two years and 10 months. A petition alleging he violated the conditions of his probation was filed July 14.

Enterline was released on a $10,000 bond from Jay County Jail.
