Battery
A Winchester man was arrested Tuesday for battery.
Andrew T. Willis, 40, 604 S. Main St., was charged in Jay Circuit Court with a Level 5 felony for battery resulting in serious bodily injury.
He’s being held on a $25,000 bond in Jay County Jail.
